3Commas Got Alerted After its User’s Account Got Tempered
After receiving information about unauthorised trades on some users' accounts
crypto trading bot provider 3Commas is on high alert. While stressing the importance of enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), 3Commas has confirmed that some of its accounts have been compromised. 3Commas has also reported that 2FA was not enabled in those accounts additionally. 3Commas has assured that the data accessed after the
hack does not include users' API data and passwords. The investigation has found that only the accounts of some users have been tampered according to the report. However, 3Commas has not disclosed the number of affected users. 3Commas co-founder and CEO Yuri Sorokin has said that we will continue to investigate this matter. Sorokin also says that currently our services are running normally and we would like to continue the work with strict security.
