The Wex exchange house, which used to be the controversial BTC-e, since July 22 has not allowed its users to withdraw cryptocurrency and has not issued an official statement explaining the reasons for doing so. All this happens after the company announced a series of maintenance in the past weeks.
The mishaps began to appear on July 12 after Wex will perform a data migration and maintenance of the platform. At that time, some users began complaining on the social network Twitter that the platform did not allow them to make withdrawals, they only allowed deposits.
Then, on July 16, the company said withdrawals from BitCoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ether (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Dash (DASH) would not be available until July 22 and they regretted the mishaps that this caused. Already the desperation in the users began to grow due to the lack of transparencies and false accounts that are passed through that of the exchange.
The problem continued when on July 17 they announced another supposed maintenance of the network equipment that would leave it inaccessible from 10 to 30 minutes. In spite of the space of time that they gave, the company would not publish anything in its Twitter until July 19, with its last tweet.
