Saudi Arabia partners with ibm for government services in blockchain

The technology giant 'IBM' established an important partnership with the government authorities of Riyadh, in Saudi Arabia, which seeks to promote blockchain solutions to improve and government services.


This association will also involve the Saudi Arabian technology company 'Elm Company', which will develop solutions that bring the benefits of the block chain to the government services sector. This is the first IBM platform for the municipal field.


According to the authorities of the region, these implementations are part of the 'Saudi Vision 2030' project, designed by Prince Mohammad bin Salman that aims to bring more progress and changes to the country's economic model, as well as making the private sector the force that boost financial growth


In this regard, according to the secretary of state Dr. Abdulrahman Al Jadhai:


Elm always applies its experience, innovative advances, national talents and global associations in favor of systematic digital development that guarantees greater efficiency, in parallel with the "National Program of Transformation 2020 of the United Kingdom". The experience of Elm will contribute to enrich the customer experience, build the best solutions for the public and private sectors and contribute to the transformation into a model of digital government, according to the "Saudi Vision 2030" project.
