You can’t. As long as whales have huge amounts and countries are planning regulations this will be possible. There is a market manipulation thread in the scams section here wondering whether manipulation is a scam. I guess not but it really sucks.

All you really can do is take a long range approach to crypto or avoid it completely.
You can’t compete with manipulation. You likely can’t predict which direction manipulations are moving. Never short these markets, as a sudden rise can knock you out fast. Just be patient and add to long-term positions gradually when you can reasonably afford to do so.
